Rose essential oil is distilled from the leaves and flowers of the plant. Throughout the centuries, it has been used for skin care and is loved for it's beautiful scent. In aromatherapy, it is used to balance both the mind and body, normalising dry and greasy skin. When added to a hot bath its floral aromas are released. I have added rose petals, as they are reputed to be wonderful for wrinkles.
